Demolition has commenced at Frameline

We are excited to announce that demolition has officially commenced at Frameline! After 25 months of navigating the pre-development phase, the project is now moving forward at full speed. The site, previously home to 16 aging apartment units at 1181 Bellaire Street, is being transformed into a modern, five-story multifamily development featuring 78 residential units and an underground parking level.

This milestone marks the beginning of a new chapter for the site, turning a previously neglected property into a vibrant and much-needed residential community. The redevelopment of Frameline is a testament to our commitment to enhancing urban living through thoughtful design and sustainable development.
