A Path Forged by Experience
Tanner’s path into real estate wasn’t the typical one. Before joining Narrate, Tanner spent eight years serving in the United States Army as a Communications Sergeant. His time in the Army took him from missions in the U.S. to Afghanistan, where he was responsible for overseeing communication and security operations. The values and skills he developed during his military career have translated seamlessly into his work in real estate—discipline, attention to detail, and leadership are key drivers of his success.
After his service, Tanner graduated with a degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver. His ability to combine his military background with financial expertise quickly made him a standout at Narrate, where he’s been instrumental in acquiring over $50M in real estate assets and steering the development pipeline through complex projects.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work to unwind and recharge?
I enjoy traveling, golfing, hiking, and spending time with my fiancé and two dogs
