Ireland comes from a background in Education, but her passion for growth and development quickly led her to the world of real estate, development, and investments. Originally from Lawrence, Kansas, Ireland relocated to Denver in 2019 with a drive to explore entrepreneurship while embracing her love for the outdoors. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ireland enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her family and friends. Her strategic thinking, coupled with her personable approach, has helped Ireland foster a productive and cohesive work environment, bringing a unique and invaluable energy to Narrate.

What advice would you give to someone aspiring to pursue a career in real estate investment?
Everyone has to start somewhere. Begin small, and fuel your interest by listening to podcasts, reading books, and engaging with like-minded individuals. Stay curious and never stop learning! Coming from a background in Education, I haven’t always seen myself in the world of real estate investment and development. With the right support and a continuous drive to learn, I became increasingly more interested and comfortable with these industries. I believe this is a big reason why I love it so much; I am in control of my own knowledge, network, and growth.
It’s crucial to remind myself that there is “no such thing as a stupid question”. The real estate industry is constantly evolving, and there is always something new to learn, regardless of one’s expertise.
How do you approach challenges and obstacles in your role?
I approach challenges with a strategic, problem-solving mindset. By thoroughly analyzing each situation and evaluating all potential solutions, I can then take decisive action. My goal is to anticipate and address issues proactively. This forward-thinking approach helps me stay ahead and effectively manage what comes next.
