Construction Update: Great progress is being made at Frameline
We’re thrilled to share an exciting update on the Frameline project. After 25 months of meticulous pre-development planning, demolition has officially begun at 1181 Bellaire Street. The site, previously home to 16 outdated apartment units, is now set to transform into a vibrant, modern residential community.
The new development will feature 78 multifamily units spread across five stories, complete with one level of underground parking. This milestone marks significant progress as we move closer to bringing Frameline to life.
