At Narrate Holdings, we’re proud to have an incredible team of professionals who drive our success. In this spotlight, we introduce Chase Kobilca, our Associate Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management. Chase joined Narrate in 2024 and has since played a pivotal role in building strong relationships with brokers and investors while overseeing new deal flow and managing assets.

With over $100 million in projects and asset transactions under his leadership, Chase brings valuable experience from his previous roles in Coldwell Banker, Marcus & Millichap, DRGinvest/Capital Property Group, and NorthPeak Commercial Advisors. His expertise in multifamily investments, particularly in the Colorado Springs and Denver Metro areas, ensures that Narrate’s pipeline remains robust and strategic.

Chase is passionate about Narrate’s dynamic investment approach, which offers a wide range of unique opportunities. He believes what sets Narrate apart is its ability to identify and create value in both real estate and business ventures, providing exceptional returns for investors with minimized risk.

Outside of work, Chase enjoys outdoor adventures, whether it’s skiing in the winter, golfing, or camping in the summer. He’s also an avid weightlifter and guitar player, which help him recharge and stay focused.

What excites you the most about being part of the Narrate Holdings team? 

I’m excited to bring my commercial real estate expertise to a team that shares my passion for multifamily investing. I thoroughly enjoy uncovering unique opportunities that serve Narrate as well as our investors to facilitate growth for years to come.

Can you share a project or deal that you're particularly proud of? 

My proudest moment in real estate was selling 2 duplexes owned by a Colorado Native who was trying to buy a property closer to his daughter who lived out of state. Not only was I able to get him exceptional prices for his duplexes, but I was also able to help him achieve a big personal goal of buying another investment property near his daughter to satisfy all parties involved. A lot of real estate brokers just see dollar signs when they close a deal, and that transaction made me a better broker as I knew there is more to this business than the financial freedoms that come with it. 

What do you enjoy doing outside of work to unwind and recharge?

I’m a big fan of doing anything outdoors. Skiing is my favorite activity in the winter, golf and camping are just a couple of activities I love to do in the summer and spending at least an hour in the gym 5 days a week always helps me unwind from reality, but more importantly energizes me to embrace the day no matter the workload ahead of me.

How do you foster strong relationships with clients and partners? 

I’ve always treated clients and business partners with the same respect I would like to be treated with. I’ve noticed that being a good listener and following up with action items to satisfy a client’s needs is the best way to nurture a strong relationship that will continue to organically grow over time.
